Dima believes everything is possible if we put our mind and soul into it. When she was young she used to watch marathon races on TV and wondered if she could ever run marathons in her life. Fast forward 10 years and she won her first ultra-marathon of 50 km! When she moved to the United States her first job was a visual merchandiser at a furniture store. That job triggered her passion for art and design, and that passion kept growing.

Mahy —is Cookbook author, Culinary Instructor and the foodie here on this blog.Food is her love language. She grew up in 11 different countries because of her dad’s diplomatic career, and visited many many more. Her upbringing exposed her to so many cultures, people and flavors from around the world.
